Following graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Rosenoff finished his general medicine and surgery internship at the prestigious Animal Medical Center in New York City from 1991-1992.

Dr. Rosenoff has a special interest in Dermatology, Nutrition, and Exotic Pet Medicine.

Dr. Rosenoff and his wife MaryLou have 3 wired haired dachshunds Percy, Angie, and Bini, as well as a collection of tortoises to include Pancake, Indian Star, and Radiated Tortoises. His hobbies include collecting black and white photography, and listening to music (specifically the Grateful Dead).

Margaret Edwards-Seal, DVM

Dr. Margaret Edwards-Seal DVM

Dr. Margaret Edwards-Seal has cared for pets as a general practitioner at Noah’s Ark Veterinary Clinic since 1999. Her interest in veterinary medicine began during the summer when she was 16 years old. That summer, she worked for a veterinarian in Williamsburg, VA cleaning cages, walking dogs and bathing cats and dogs. She returned every summer throughout college and decided she loved the atmosphere at the hospital enough to study veterinary medicine. As a veterinarian, she feels very fortunate to be able to help pets lead healthy, happy lives.

A native of Fairfax, VA, Dr. Edwards-Seal attended the University of Virginia and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Following her undergraduate education, she was employed as a research technician in the oncology department at North Carolina State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Dr. Edwards-Seal continued her veterinary education at NCSU and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995.

A member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Dental Society, Dr. Edwards-Seal’s professional interests include internal medicine, dentistry and pain management.

Away from her busy schedule at the hospital, Dr. Edwards-Seal’s favorite pasttimes include gardening, hiking, feeding the wild birds in her backyard, and training her dogs in agility, rally and obedience. She and her husband, Scott, enjoy the companionship of their English Cocker Spaniels, Cadi, Luci, Monty, and Sassy, as well as their cats, Daisy and Lisa. They also have three freshwater aquariums. The dogs have all participated in obedience, rally and agility competitions and, in the past, Monty and Luci have enjoyed visiting local rest homes as pet therapy dogs.
