Evan M. Rosenoff, DVM

Dr. Evan Rosenoff The owner of Noah's Ark Animal Hospital, general practitioner Dr. Evan M. Rosenoff has cared for pets here since he first started working at the hospital in 1996. Veterinary medicine has been a tradition in Dr. Rosenoff's family - his father and two uncles are veterinarians. For Dr. Rosenoff, the most enjoyable part of his job is making a difference in the lives of pets and their families.

Dr. Rosenoff grew up on Long Island and received his Bachelor's Degree in Biology from SUNY-Albany in 1983. He continued his veterinary education at Ross University and the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1991. Following veterinary school, Dr. Rosenoff completed a general medicine and surgery internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City from 1991 to 1992.

Dermatology, animal nutrition and exotic pet medicine are among Dr. Rosenoff's many professional interests.

Dr. Rosenoff and his wife, MaryLou, enjoy the friendship of four wire-haired Dachshunds: Sugaree, Percy, Angie and Bini. Dr. Rosenoff also collects tortoises, has a passion for black and white photography and loves listening to the music of the Grateful Dead.

Margaret Edwards-Seal, DVM

Dr. Margaret EdwardsDr. Margaret Edwards-Seal has cared for pets as a general practitioner at Noah's Ark Veterinary Clinic since 1999. Her interest in veterinary medicine began during the summer when she was 16 years old. That summer, she worked for a veterinarian in Williamsburg, VA cleaning cages, walking dogs and bathing cats and dogs. She returned every summer throughout college and decided she loved the atmosphere at the hospital enough to study veterinary medicine. As a veterinarian, she feels very fortunate to be able to help pets lead healthy, happy lives.

A native of Fairfax, VA, Dr. Edwards-Seal attended the University of Virginia and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Following her undergraduate education, she was employed as a research technician in the oncology department at North Carolina State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Dr. Edwards-Seal continued her veterinary education at NCSU and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1995.

A member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association, Dr. Edwards-Seal's professional interests include internal medicine, animal dentistry and pain management.

Away from her busy schedule at the hospital, Dr. Edwards-Seal's favorite past-times include gardening, hiking, and bicycling. She and her husband, Scott, enjoy the companionship of their three English Cocker Spaniels, Cadi, Luci and Monty, as well as two cats, Daisy and Lisa. Cadi, Luci and Monty have participated in obedience and agility competitions and have visited local rest homes and the Ronald McDonald House in Durham for pet therapy visits. Dr. Edwards-Seal also enjoys her two aquariums full of freshwater fish.
